
J&J Janitor Service was established in 1959. We have been successful for so long because we take the time to properly train and accommodate our employee’s. Our custodian’s and floor care technicians go through our extensive training program which is a requirement before being assigned to one of our contracted facilities. Training entails videos and hands on supervision on various areas which include general cleaning, hard floor care, carpet cleaning and OSHA standards. Additional training includes: on the job supervision, various seminar subjects such as; blood borne pathogen training, hazard communications follow by a written testing.
We feel that by taking care of our employees by providing proper financial compensation and benefits assures to building confidence and good will towards the task at hand. It is things like this that allow us to maintain a healthy working environment for our employees and allow them to create one for you our customer.
