We provide no excuses, first-time-right, commercial janitorial and building maintenance services. We will treat all J&J clients, team members and business partners fairly. Without them we have no company.
If J&J Janitor Service is awarded a contract for the services listed, we will honor the pricing proposal until such time as both parties involved agree that negotiations for a price increase is warranted.
The quoted price for service will expire after the contract for service is awarded.
