It is with pleasure that I write this recommendation letter on behalf of J & J Janitor Service. J & J has been our janitorial company going on two years now. We could not be happier with their service.
From the inception of us signing the agreement, J & J has followed through on all of their promises. Their staff is always professional and handles all our concerns within a 24 hour period. When we first began this relationship our clubs were in need of some T.L.C. J & J came in and gave us an assessment of what it would take to bring them up to the expectation we had. They provided their recommendations and a timeline on which it would take to reach that level. Introductions between the team leader, our staff members and the cleaning crew captain were made at each of our 5 locations that they service. We have a great line of communication within each of the branches with the cleaning crew and the team leader. I personally have an open line of communication with their main office who will notify me of any issues, change of crews at a branch or areas that need special attention.
We hav also taken advantage of their additional services such as Stripping and Waxing VCT tile. Our facilities look great! They work hand in hand with the branch to make sure they utilize the correct chemicas for cleanup so surfaces don't become dingy and dull. Their follow through is exceptional.
J & J Janitor Service's ability to relate to both the branch staff and the corporate staff is very unique and positive. They demonstrate a professionalism and knowledge necessary to keep our highly used facilities in tip top shape. J & J is committed to their profession and strive to make their clients happy.
